GREEN BEAN BAKE 
25 SERVINGS:

3 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
9 c. French style green beans, drained
3 (3 1/2 oz. each) cans French fried onions

50 SERVINGS:

8 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom soup
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 1/2 qts. French style green beans, drained
6 (3 1/2 oz. each) cans French fried onions

100 SERVINGS:

12 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom soup
6 c. milk
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
9 qts. French style green beans, drained
12 (3 1/2 oz. each) cans French fried onions

For 25 servings:

1. In large bowl - stir soup, gradually blend in milk, soy sauce and pepper.

2. Add beans and 1 1/2 cans onions.

3. Spoon into shallow roasting pan (14 x 10 x 2 inches).

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot. Stir.

5. Top with remaining onions; bake 5 minutes more. Yield: 3 quarts.

For 50 servings - prepare two 25 serving recipes - use 2 pans. Yield: 1 1/2 gallons.

For 100 servings - prepare four 25 serving recipes. Bake in 4 pans. Yield: 3 gallons.
