POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, deboned & chunked
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds, sauteed lightly
1 stick butter, melted
1 stack saltines, crushed
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix together chicken, sour cream and soups. Put in 9"x12" baking dish. Top with mixture of almonds, butter, crackers and poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
