BUNULOS 
4 flour tortillas
1/2 c. oil
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream
Honey

Fry each tortilla in oil in a large frying pan. (About 1 minute, no turning necessary.) When they are crispy and puffy, remove and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon while still hot. Top with ice cream, honey, whipped cream and more cinnamon. Serve on dessert plate.
