OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter (melted)
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

First Layer: Crush Oreo cookies, save 1 cup. Mix the larger portion of crumbs with melted butter and pack the bottom of 13x9 cake pan. Chill 15-20 minutes.

Second Layer: Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip (save other half) and spread over the crumbs.

Third Layer: Combine pudding and milk, mix very well and pour at once over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip, then the 1 cup of saved cookie crumbs. Chill another 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
