LASAGNE 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tsp. parsley flakes
:
5 oz. lasagne noodles
3 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste

FILLING:

3 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sliced mozzarella

Brown meat, spooning off excess fat. Add remaining meat sauce ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, until thick (45 minutes to 1 hour), stirring constantly. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine filling ingredients except mozzarella. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce and slices of mozzarella. Top with mozzarella. Bake 30-40 minutes at 300-350 degrees.
