TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
1 c. finely ground Cheddar cheese 4 lg. potatoes, baked 6 tbsp. cream 1 can deviled ham 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of black pepper 1/4 c. melted butter Cut baked potatoes in half. Scoop out the insides, leaving the skin whole. Mix potatoes with the cheese, deviled ham and seasoning. Mix in cream until fluffy. Scoop back into skins and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-17 minutes. Serve. |
