1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cream together butter, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar; set aside. Combine pudding, milk, and vanilla. Beat with mixer; add Cool Whip. Mix until well blended, then add to first mixture.

Alternate layers of cookies (crushed) and cream mixture in a large bowl until full, ending with cookie crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.
