PASTA SALAD 
Step No. 1:

1 lb. rotini noodles (cooked and drained)
1 tbsp. oil
1 cucumber (diced)
1 red onion (diced)
1 tomato (diced)
1 bell pepper (diced) or red or yellow

Mix all of the above ingredients together.

Step No. 2:

1 c.sugar
1/2 c. whited vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard (Grey poupon-honey style)
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Pour over pasta and diced vegetables.
