PASTA SALAD VINAIGRETTE 
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Salt
Sugar
Black pepper
Oregano
Basil
8 oz. rotini or favorite pasta, cooked & drained

Combine vinegar, oil and spices; season to taste. Toss with pasta.

Mix in 2 cups in any combination:

Celery
Green onions
Cucumbers
Carrots
Bell pepper
Radishes
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Bro ccoli

Cover and chill 1 hour or more. Toss before serving.

I am making this with BBQ baby back ribs. Although might I suggest using olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and putting in some feta cheese crumble, tomatoes, cucumber and black olives. Its kind of a cheat Greek salad, but I like it :)
