SQUAW CORN 
5 med. size ears sweet corn
1 sm. green bell pepper, halved and chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper

Cut kernels from corn. You should have about 3 cups. Saute green pepper and onion in butter until soft. Stir in corn, salt, and black pepper. Cover. Cook slowly, stirring once or twice, for 10 minutes or until corn is tender. Yields 6 servings.
