SPICY NUTS 
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 tsp. water
1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. unblanched whole almonds
1/2 c. walnut halves
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine egg white and water. Add nuts and toss to coat. Combine sugar, spice and salt. Add to nuts. Toss until well coated. Place in single layer on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove and cool on waxed paper.
