FINGER SALAD 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. broccoli, finely chopped
1 c. cauliflower, finely chopped
1 c. carrots, finely chopped
1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, finely grated

Pat the crescent rolls out on a 15x18 inch jelly roll pan, making a solid sheet of dough. Bake by package directions, at 375 degrees for 11 minutes. Cool.

Cream together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch mix and spread on a cooled pastry. Cover in layers, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and Cheddar cheese. Cut into small bars to serve.
