MOM IRISH POTATO CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cream potatoes
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. allspice, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. cocoa

Combine sugar, butter, eggs, milk, flour, cocoa, and potatoes. Mix well and add all other ingredients. Makes 3 layers.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. canned milk (more if needed)
1 stick butter

Combine.
