POPCORN BALLS 
Popcorn
3/4 lb. marshmallows
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Red food coloring

Pop the corn according to package directions. Put the popped corn into a large greased kettle or pot. Melt the butter and marshmallows together in the top of a double boiler. Add the vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. Add the red food coloring, blending in a couple of drops at a time, until mixture is a light, even pink.

Pour marshmallows mixture over popped corn, and stir until all kernels are coated. Shape mixture into balls. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and you can chill.

VARIATION: If you would like to make popcorn lollipops, insert a wooden lollipop stick or a coffee stirrer into the balls. Good for a birthday party.
