POPPY SEED DRESSING 
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

In blender at medium speed blend all ingredients until mixed. Dressing will be thick. Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator. Stir well before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups. 100 calories per tablespoon.
