PIZZA PRONTON 
1/2 c. milk, scalded
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 1/4 c. flour (approx.)
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni or Italian sausage
Parmesan cheese

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano (opt.)

Scald milk, add sugar, salt, olive oil. Cool to lukewarm. Soften yeast in warm water, stir to dissolve. Add milk mixture. Add flour, knead well until smooth and elastic. Let rise in greased bowl until doubled in size. Punch down, divide in 2, roll out on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees 5 minutes until firm, not brown. Mix sauce ingredients. Spread on each crust; top with shredded Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni or sausage, top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until crust is browned and top bubbly.
