57 TANGY CHICKEN 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Brown chicken in melted butter. Mix 57 sauce and water together and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, basting chicken at least twice, until chicken is tender. Serve with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. Makes about 4 servings.
