TANGY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Place chicken in an 8-inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
