CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
8 strips bacon (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
Celery (chopped)
1-2 tbsp. flour
1 qt. water
1 can chicken broth or bouillon
1 stick butter
1/2 can evaporated milk
Instant potatoes
Parsley (optional)

Fry and scramble bacon; add vegetables and saute until tender. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons flour and stir. Add water and bouillon. Cut up potatoes and add salt and pepper, 1 stick butter and 1/2 can evaporated milk. Add instant potatoes and stir. Parsley optional.
