TAMALE PIE 
3 Xlint (brand name) tamales
1 sm. can lg. pitted olives, cut in halves
2 lg. cans tomatoes
2 med. size cans cream-style corn
2 lbs. ground sirloin

Remove outer wrapper and then steam tamales until heated; then remove from second, inner wrapper. Smash up tamales in baking dish; add olives, tomatoes and cream-style corn. Add ground sirloin which has been first sauteed.

Mix well and bake 3-4 hours, stirring hourly; keep covered. Serves 4- 6. Merely double each item to serve 10-12, but bake at least 4 hours. Triple each item to serve 14-16, but bake 4-5 hours.
