TATOR CRISP FISH | |
1/4 c. butter 2 lbs. fish fillets 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 to 1 1/4 c. mashed potato flakes Salt Paprika Heat oven to 500 degrees. Melt butter in shallow baking pan in oven. Cut fish into 8 pieces, dip in egg and coat with potato flakes. Arrange pieces in prepared pan; sprinkle with salt. Bake at 500 degrees for about 5 minutes. Turn fish over; sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven 2-5 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. |
