CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 stick of butter
3 c. water
2 cans condensed creamy potato soup
1/4 ground white pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 pt. Half and Half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

In a large pan, saute onions with butter until tender. Add water and bring to a boil. Add broccoli, reduce heat. Stir in potato soup, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool, add Half and Half. Reheat and serve hot.
