CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. half & half
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli

Combine all ingredients except broccoli in a 2 quart microproof bowl. If consistency is too thin, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken the broth. Add broccoli. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on 70% power for 13 to 14 minutes or until broccoli is fork tender. Stir once during cooking time. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with small raw broccoli floret. Serves 4 to 6.
