SALMON CAKES 
1 lb. red salmon (drain & discard skin)
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. mince parsley
2 tbsp. mince chives
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire

Mix all. Chill. Make patties and fry in 1/4 cup oil. Very nutritious!
