FRIED RICE 
1 c. butter
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix
2 c. water (use mushroom juice for part)
2 c. Minute Rice

In heavy skillet brown mushrooms in butter. Add eggs, onion soup mix, water and rice. Cover, simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
