BARBECUE PIG FEET 
6 pig feet, cut in half
1 onion & 1/2 celery
Spices are salt & pepper
Vinegar (pour over)
Barbecue sauce
Garlic

Cut the pig feet in half, cook them with celery and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Let them get half done, take them out, then put them in square pan. Add a little vinegar and hot sauce on them. Pour the barbecue sauce over them, a little garlic. Cover, finish cooking in the oven.
