MY BAKED CHICKEN 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter (4 parts per breast)
Bisquick (enough to flour chicken)

Place 2 pats of butter per breast in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Rinse each breast and flour both sides with Bisquick. Place each breast on top of 2 pats of butter in dish. Then place 2 pats of butter on top of each breast. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
