HAM-AND-NOODLE BAKE 
3 c. uncooked broad noodles
1 env. sour cream sauce mix
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. finely diced cooked ham
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Combine sour cream sauce mix and milk. Add noodles and ham and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
