1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
3 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. water
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients; heat and stir until it can not be stirred any longer. Cool and knead until you reach consistency of play dough. Store in plastic bag or covered container.
