Bee" the first to try this "Honey" of a recipe. 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated tender flaky biscuits (12 biscuits) 1/3 c. honey 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or 1/2 c. shredded coconut Separate biscuits and cut each in half; roll into balls. Dip balls of dough in honey, then roll in pecans or coconut. Grease 4 miniature loaf pans (4 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2"). Place 6 balls in each pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pans and serve immediately, or cool and wrap in foil for reheating. Makes 4 individual loaves. |
