PECAN CRISPS 
1 c. shortening (2 sticks butter)
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. pecans

Drop from spoon 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
