PERSIMON PUDDING | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. sweet milk 1 c. stale bread crumbs 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. persimmon pulp Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Pour milk over bread crumbs. Sift dry ingredients together. Alternate milk mixture and dry ingredients, mix well. Add persimmon pulp. Bake in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees 45 minutes. |
