PECAN TURTLE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. packed brown sugar

CARAMEL LAYER:

2/3 c. butter
1 c. whole pecan halves
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over unbaked crust. Combine butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Allow to boil 1 minute. Pour over crust, bake 18-22 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips. Allow chips to slightly melt and then spread like frosting.
