BUTTER PECAN TURTLE BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. whole pecans

Mix and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over crust.

CARAMEL LAYER:

2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Combine butter and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until entire surface mixture begins to boil. Boil 1/2-1 minute. Pour evenly over crust. Bake a 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until caramel layer is bubbly and crust is light golden brown. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle on chips. Do not spread.
