BERMUDA FRENCH TOAST 
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated orange rind
4 eggs
2/3 c. orange juice
8 slices bread

Melt butter in 10x15 pan at 400. Mix next 3 ingredients and sprinkle evenly in pan. Mix eggs and juice.

Dip bread in mixture soaking well. Arrange in pan and spoon remaining mixture over bread. Bake 25 minutes at 400. Let stand 1 minute and serve sugar side up onto hot plates. (Do not let cool too long before removing from pan or it will stick.)
