SUGARED CARROTS 
1 pkg. of baby carrots, peeled
1 stick butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1. Boil carrots until ale dente. 2. In small skillet melt butter, sugar and cinnamon. 3. Add the carrots and simmer for 10 minutes or so. 4. If you have plenty of time to cook, don't boil the carrots first..Just let them simmer in the sugar mixture longer.
