KERI'S BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 large very ripe bananas, sliced
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together shortening and sugar. Add, while using mixer, bananas, milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour mixture into well-greased pans.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes if in loaf pan.

Bake for 15 minutes for muffin tins.
