SALMON ON HALF SHELL 
4 large baked potatoes
1/3 c. milk (add more if needed)
2 tsp. sauteed onions, chopped
3/4 c. canned or cooked salmon
1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste
Dash of poultry & Italian seasoning
Chopped parsley
Fried onions, bacon bits, Cheddar cheese (if desired for garnish)

Bake potatoes. Cut in half and scoop out insides. Mash with next 7 ingredients until smooth. Refill potato shells without pressing down. Sprinkle with fried onions, bacon bits or cheese if desired. Brown in 450°F oven about 10 minutes. Serve with salad or vegetable.
