1 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
4 med. potatoes, diced
2 qts. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Heat oil in pressure cooker and saute onions. Add 1 pint of water and diced potatoes. Put on lid and pressure potatoes 4 to 5 minutes. Let steam go down. Take off lid and add milk. Heat to almost boiling and add butter, pepper adds a nice flavor if desired.
