ARIZONA SALAD 
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

Mix all ingredients together with dry Jello. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
