"ARIZONA SALAD" 
1 Napa cabbage
1 head of leaf lettuce
3 green onions

Chop 1/2 of Napa cabbage (stem too) and put into large bowl along with chopped up leaf lettuce and the onions (chopped up tops and all). Chill.

1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. butter
1/2 pkg. slivered almonds

Saute. (Watch closely as it browns quickly at the end.)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Whip.

Before serving; toss in the sesame seed mixture and crunch up 1 package Ramen noodles (do not use soup mix that comes with it) and toss together with lettuce mixture. Serve immediately.
