ORIENTAL MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. gr. ham
1 1/2 lb. gr. pork
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. milk

Form into small balls and place in baking pan.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Garlic salt and soy sauce to taste

Pour over meat balls and bake at 325 degrees. Baste often.

P.S. I increase sauce recipe 1/2 because it makes the meat balls more moist. I freeze them and reheat when ready to use. I also added 1/4 c. bread crumbs and water chestnuts.
