ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger or ground chuck on bottom
1 layer of sliced onion
1 layer sliced celery or sliced carrots
1 layer green pepper
2 layer zucchini
1 layer sliced tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Can be made on top of stove if in a dish that you can cook on top of stove or in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until nearly done, then put 1 1/2 cups of cheese over top and let melt another 10 or 15 minutes.
