1 med. zucchini, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 box Stove Top Stuffing, chicken flavored
1/2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 tbsp. Cheez Whiz

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. Mix all together and bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
