2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. chopped apple
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix eggs and sugar. Continue to beat until fluffy and then add oil and apple. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Combine the two mixtures, and add the vanilla and nuts. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
