WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 diced onions (small)
1 c. celery
1/2 c. raw wild rice
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Brown ground beef, onions and celery. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours in covered casserole.
