WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
Wild rice (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Brown 1 pound hamburger with 1 onion, chopped. Drain off fat, set aside. Boil water, pour over rice. Let set 15 minutes, pour off water.

Combine browned hamburger mixture with prepared rice, soups and almonds. Place in large casserole dish. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Top hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
