CHICKEN SURPRISE 
6-8 chicken breasts, boned, halved & skinned
4-6 oz. pkg. dried beef
6-8 slices bacon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup

Cover bottom of shallow baking pan with dried beef. Wrap each chicken breast with slice of bacon. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup (undiluted). Pour over chicken and beef. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered.
