MEXICAN CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer, cook & remove meat, save broth 1/2 lb. cheese Doritos 1/4 - 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. garlic salt Place Doritos in bottom of 9"x13" pan and pour 2 to 2 1/2 cups broth over chips to moisten. Spread cut up chicken over chips. Sprinkle onion and green pepper over chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Combine last 5 ingredients; blend well and pour over other ingredients. Bake, uncovered one hour at 350 degrees. Top with 1/2 to 1 cup grated cheese the last 10 minutes of baking. |
