1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (undrained)
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix well and bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 can crushed pineapple (15 1/2 oz., undrained)
1 box vanilla instant pudding

Mix and fold one 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread between and on top of cool layers. Keep refrigerated.
